Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (LFPDPPP), the General Guidelines provided for in Article 43, Section III of this Law and Article 23 of its Regulations.
Oleo Delta Petrol S.A. de C.V. (ODP) has the legal, legal and social commitment to comply with the legal and security measures to protect your personal data so that you have the knowledge, control and decision over them and for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

1.) Details of the Person Responsible
Article 3, section XIV, of the LFPDPPP establishes that the Responsible Party is:
the; ‘Natural or legal person of a private nature who decides on the processing of personal data’.
ODP as Responsible for the processing of Personal Data informs you that it is a Simplified Joint Stock Company of Variable Capital duly constituted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States with address at Av. Paseo de la Choca 102, Plaza USUMA Local 11 y 12, Col. Tabasco 2000, C.P. 86035, Centro, Villahermosa Tabasco, Telephone number 993 278 3012.
2.) Personal data
In accordance with article 3, section V, of the LFPDPPP they are:
‘Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person’.
ODP will collect from you the personal data necessary for the proper provision of our services, this procedure may be personally, directly or indirectly through our *Regional Partners. This Personal Data may include all or some of the following:
3.) Identification data::
Full name, address, e-mail, home and work telephone numbers, mobile phone number, Federal Taxpayers' Register (RFC), Unique Population Registration Code (CURP), place and date of birth, age.
4.) Employment data::
Occupation, name of the company, institution or agency, position, area or department, address, telephone, work e-mail, work references and personal references, line of business, institution or agency.
5.) Sensitive Data:
in accordance with article 3, section VI of the LFPDPPP, is understood as Sensitive Personal Data:
"Those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of their owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner. In particular, those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, trade union membership, political opinions, sexual preference are considered sensitive".
5.1) Data from the application of Mexican Official Standard 035 (NOM-035-STPS).
ODP will collect personal data as a consequence of the application of the Mexican Official Standard 035 (NOM-035) issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare that could result in sensitive personal data.
6.) Purposes of Data Processing
The Personal Data obtained by ODP will be used for the performance of industrial activities and specialised professional services related to our Corporate Purpose, including the following: Convene you to carry out Services, Meetings, Forums and events aimed at fostering relations between Government, Individuals and Private Initiative Companies (EIP). With prior authorisation, ODP will use your personal data in the elaboration of Databases and Directories of EIP; as well as the integration of Training Programmes, Institutional Development and Consultancy and strengthening in professional activities and those related to the development of your professional activity. Statistical analysis and research work on the Third Sector. The development of alliances and inter-institutional relations and linkages with companies in the industrial and service sectors that share activities that contribute to the welfare of the State through Meetings, Forums, Networks and Portals and with the participation of Regional Allies, Users, EIP and Affiliate Members of ODP.
In the case of obtaining personal data related to the application of the Mexican Official Standard-035, this information will remain in the custody of the person in charge of Human Resources of ODP Administration Management.
7.) Secondary purposes..
In addition, if you do not state otherwise, ODP will process your Personal Data for the following secondary purposes: To contact you for any matter related to our services or this Privacy Notice. To carry out consultations, investigations and reviews necessary for the provision of our services to its users and in relation to their complaints or requests. Fulfill the obligations arising from any legal relationship that is generated between ODP and you for the provision of our services we offer for compliance with applicable laws, regulations and legal and legal provisions.

10.) ARCO rights
These rights consist of the following:
- Access. - It implies knowing at all times your personal data in possession of ODP, as well as the corresponding Privacy Notice.
- Rectification. - If any of your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request its modification by contacting our legal department at 993 278 3012, attaching the documentation that proves the correction.
- Cancellation. - You may request cancellation of your data at any time and, if appropriate, your personal information will enter a blocking period for subsequent deletion. Upon entering such period, your information may no longer be processed by ODP.
- Objection. - You may at any time and for legitimate reasons object to the processing of your personal data. If your request is successful, ODP will no longer be able to use your personal data.
11.) Procedure for exercising your ARCO Rights
The owner of the Personal Data, by himself or through a legal representative, who must identify himself or be properly accredited, may exercise his rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke his consent by calling the telephone numbers of our legal area 993 278 3012 or by sending an e-mail to buzonqrs@oleodelta.com describing clearly and precisely the personal data in respect of which he seeks to exercise any of these Rights. It is important to note that in the call to exercise the ARCO rights you must provide an e-mail address and telephone number so that we can notify you of the response to your request or contact you in case we require additional information in relation to your request. Finally, we inform you that we will respond within a maximum period of 08 (eight) working days, counted from the date on which you comply with all the requirements established in the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, if applicable, it will be effective within 08 (eight) working days following the date on which you are notified of the response.

Any significant or total changes to this Privacy Notice may be made by ODP and will be communicated through our website, or by e-mail to the owner's registered e-mail address.

By accessing and continuing to use the Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by the ODP. The use of these technologies is necessary for operational, technical and security reasons. The ODP will process your Personal Data solely and exclusively in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice that give rise to the relationship between the ODP as the Responsible Entity and you as the Data Subject. You, by providing your personal data, confirm and agree that you have read this Privacy Notice and give your consent to comply with it.
15) Definition of Regional Allies:
companies providing specialised industrial services that replicate ODP programmes in the States of the Mexican Republic and that jointly contribute to the construction of the public good.
